History of the “Clash at the Downs”

Last year, Hawkeye Downs natives Brody Willett and Caleb Adrian “clashed” while competing for a win in the race. It was Rosemount, Minnesota’s, Joe Neisius that brought home his first Series win.

In 2016, Michael Bilderback won over Griffin McGrath.

In 2015, Adrian earned his only Big 8 victory at his home track in the series debut at Hawkeye Downs.
