NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series + Big 8 Late Models

The Big 8 Series returns to Hawkeye Downs Speedway on Friday, June 6th! Big 8 Late Models, HD Dawgs, and NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Racing Series racers will hit the track at 7:05pm this Friday night.
Get access to all the excitement for just $5 GENERAL ADMISSION, thanks to McGrath Auto. Tickets are available online with My Race Pass or at the gate.
Gates open at 5:30pm. -

Lucky’s on 16thJoin Bingo Betty at Lucky's on 16th on Wednesday, June 11th, for FREE BINGO from 6 to 8pm! Thanks to Lucky's on the 16th, 10% of the day's sales will be donated to Hawkeye Downs to support our 100th year of racing in Iowa. Even if you can't join us for bingo, please consider stopping at Lucky's for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. (Don't forget they serve breakfast all day!)
Every bingo win gives you a chance to win something from Lucky's (a free drink, discount off your bill, etc.), PLUS we'll be giving away other fun prizes throughout the night.
Racing at Hawkeye Downs
For the last 100 years, Hawkeye Downs Speedway has been home to one of the most popular race tracks in Iowa. The track features ¼ mile and ½ mile banked asphalt ovals for weekly stock car racing, enduros, street drags, drifting expos, and more. You can find more information about upcoming events on our Events tab or contact our team to rent the track for your next racing event.

Hosting Events at Hawkeye Downs Expo Center
From trade shows to annual meetings to auctions to weddings and beyond, the Expo Center is perfect for any event. Hawkeye Downs offers an event space with over 35,000 total square feet of temperature-controlled space for hosting events of all sizes. The Expo Center is located strategically near the highway with access to a variety of hotels and attracts over 100,000 visitors annually.
