Cedar Rapids Night Meet
Friday, April 24th | 6:00-10:00PM
The Cedar Rapids Night Meets are back and on the track! Join more than 600 badass cars, trucks, and bikes as we take over the track at Hawkeye Downs Speedway on Friday, April 24th. This event is brought to you by Brown's Ford in West Branch and is open to all makes and models.
Staging begins at 5:00pm, and gates open at 6:00pm, so get out early to secure the best spot. It is only $10 to park on the track! Food trucks, racing sims, and 2-step exhaust contest will be happening during the event.

NASCAR Weekly Local Racing Series Opening Day
Saturday, April 25th | 2:05PM
A new season. A new chapter. 101 years strong. 🏁 Join us at Hawkeye Downs Speedway on Saturday, April 25th, at 2:00 PM as part of the NASCAR Local Racing Series Powered by O’Reilly Auto Parts! Don’t miss out on the live, loud, and local fan-favorite racing classes.
Gates open at 1:00PM. Hot laps begin at 1:40PM. Tickets are available on My Race Pass or at the gate.
Racing at Hawkeye Downs
For the last 100 years, Hawkeye Downs Speedway has been home to one of the most popular race tracks in Iowa. The track features ¼ mile and ½ mile banked asphalt ovals for weekly stock car racing, enduros, street drags, drifting expos, and more. Hosting Events at Hawkeye Downs Expo Center
From trade shows to annual meetings to auctions to weddings and beyond, the Expo Center is perfect for any event. Hawkeye Downs offers an event space with over 35,000 total square feet of temperature-controlled space for hosting events of all sizes. The Expo Center is located strategically near the highway with access to a variety of hotels and attracts over 100,000 visitors annually.
Hawkeye Downs Speedway & Expo Center is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, serving its mission to provide and manage quality facilities for entertainment, educational, business, and cultural activities to benefit the community and visitors.
