Weather Update: April 27th Race Canceled

Due to the severe weather threat, Hawkeye Downs staff has made the decision to CANCEL the NASCAR Season Opener at Hawkeye Downs Speedway on Saturday, April 27th. This race will not be rescheduled.

Our staff does not take this decision lightly. The current weather forecast calls for severe weather, including severe thunderstorms and strong winds. We do not want to impose a significant risk to our fans, drivers, or staff.
